Why Become an Agency Nurse?

The Top 4 Reasons according to our Nurses

1. Flexibility

By becoming an Agency Nurse, you have the flexibility to pick the days you want to work - allowing you to prioritise a young family, work Agency shifts around your primary workplace, travel and accommodate your schedule.

Agency Nurses organise their shifts around school holidays, day-care schedules, and the other commitments in their lives. If you are undertaking further study and education, you can schedule your shifts around class timetables.

The flexibility of Agency work also includes picking the timings of shifts that suit you and locations that are most convenient for you.

Shifts can be booked in advance or close to the time. Our online rostering system lets you update your availabilities, show interest in shifts, and view your roster, all on your phone or computer, while on the go.

Referral Bonus

Simply by referring another registered Nurse, registered Midwife or endorsed enrolled nurse to Medical Staff Nursing Agency, you could earn a $250 bonus voucher* once they complete 100 hours work with our company. In order to earn your bonus all you have to do is refer a friend who is a great nurse and we will contact them and arrange for them to come in for an interview.

Not only are you rewarded with a bonus but your friend wins a job too! If your Friend is a RN, RM or EEN, once they complete 100 hours you will receive a $250 bonus voucher**
