The Role

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Registered Nurses who can educate and enlighten students within the clinical stream of their undergraduate experience from Public, Private Hospitals, Aged care facilities.

 

Clinical Facilitators must be able to understand and also be able to communicate with the students on their level of coherence so that you as the Clinical Facilitator will be able to help them in the progression of their career.

 

The role will be on a casual contract basis.

 

Required Skills and Experience

  • Registered Nurse with current AHPRA Registration and having minimum 5+ years of recent clinical experience in Australia.
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent qualification in nursing is required
  • Completed Clinical Facilitation: Essential Skills and Principles Online Course
  • Valid working rights within Australia
  • Be able to Communicate with students in the process of placement
  • Be passionate about educating and developing professional skills in students
  • Be encouraging and a team achiever for the best result
  • Have commitment for whole period of placement
  • current industry skills directly relevant to the training and assessment being provided
  • current knowledge and skills in vocational training and learning that informs the training and assessment provided.
