The Role

We are looking for clinical facilitators with CERT IV TAE to guide and educate undergraduate nursing students on their clinical placements. We provide facilitation work in hospitals and aged care facilities throughout Sydney for multiple Education Providers.

Clinical Facilitators must be able to understand and also be able to communicate with the students on their level of coherence so that you as the Clinical Facilitator will be able to help them in the progression of their career.

The role will be on a casual contract basis.

Required Skills and Experience

• Registered Nurse with current AHPRA Registration and having minimum 5+ years of recent clinical experience in Australia.
• Bachelor degree or equivalent qualification in nursing is required
• CERT IV Training and Assessment
• Completed Clinical Facilitation: Essential Skills and Principles Online Course
• Valid working rights within Australia
• Current or recent clinical experience in a hospital or aged care setting
• Be able to Communicate with students in the process of placement
• Be passionate about educating and developing professional skills in students

• Have commitment for whole period of placement
• current industry skills directly relevant to the training and assessment being provided
