The Role

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Registered Nurses with Cert IV who can educate and enlighten students within the clinical stream of their undergraduate experience from Public or Private Hospitals and Aged care facilities.

Clinical Facilitators must be able to understand and also be able to communicate with the students on their level of coherence so that you as the Clinical Facilitator will be able to help them in the progression of their career.

Required Skills and Experience

-Registered Nurse with current AHPRA Registration and having minimum 5+ years of current or recent clinical experience in Australia

-Cert IV in training and assessment

-Bachelor degree or equivalent in nursing is required

-Completed Clinical Facilitation: Essential Skills and Principles Online Course

-Valid working rights within Australia

-Be able to Communicate with students in the process of placement

-Be passionate about educating and developing professional skills in students

-Be encouraging and a team achiever for the best result

• Must be available to work for a full 2 or 4 week block of placements
